Hey, everyone!
We just made the long (but scenic!) drive down from Winooski, Vermont to Ithaca, Enongo's hometown. A few moments along the way...
We zoomed by "Wakonda" (international tour!)...
...encountered Hooper Dooper...
...And found a copy of Enongo's all-time favorite movie, Sideways, at a Stewart's in a tiny hamlet of Upstate New York!

Hey, everyone!
Waking Windows in Winooski, Vermont was transcendent! There was tears, laughter, and hugs. It was a beautiful Spring day and the crowd was amazing. Thank you to all who could attend!
Next stop, Ithaca, Enongo's hometown, on Tuesday (a few tickets are still available: https://www.ticketfly.com/purchase/event/1682700?utm_medium=ampOfficialEvent&utm_source=fbTfly). Then, we're off to Toronto for two shows on Wednesday and Thursday, and finally a mad dash down to our final destination, Brooklyn, on Friday! Backers who can make it to the show can claim their rewards in person from Sammus herself!
We have also concluded the fourth week of our crowdsourcing campaign, and are just about at the halfway mark in our timeframe. However, we're also just about at the halfway mark for reaching our minimum goal. So the stakes are high!
Donations are starting to become a lot less frequent. We'll need to raise at least $417 each day (on average) to make our minimum goal, so let's get the word out and make this movie happen!

Hey, everyone!
A few bits of exciting news: First, some of you have been lucky enough to catch the first few sets on the May 2018 Sammus & the Galactic Federation tour, which have received overwhelmingly enthusiastic responses! If you have any great photos, videos, or memories from the tour, feel free to email us at info(at)enongomovie(dot)com or use #Enongo and @EnongoMovie to tell us! We would love to see and hear about your experiences with Sammus and her profoundly moving music, and maybe even share our favorites here!
Second: Today, we will begin filming the remainder of the tour, hitting up Winooski in Vermont, Ithaca, Toronto (for TWO shows, one of which is sold out!), and finally in Brooklyn! Check out the tour info to get tickets and RSVP below:

Show up to meet Sammus herself, support independent artists, and who knows, you might even make a cameo in our documentary...
Third, we have reached over 200 backers! These backers have come from all over the world, from the U.S. and Canada and Mexico, to Ireland and the U.K., to Sweden and Norway, and all the way to Australia and New Zealand. Thank you for your amazing generosity, everyone! Because of your support, we currently have enough funds for ALL of our post-production audio work! If we can reach $20,000, we will have enough for all post-production audio, AND all color work, AND a good chunk of our tour expenses covered, including transportation, lodging, food, and hiring local talented camera operators to document this exciting journey.
This global outreach and these fundraising milestones are very encouraging, but there is still much work to do. Our campaign is just about halfway over, and (after Indiegogo fees and other expenses) we have accumulated just over half of our minimum goal of $30,000 to make this film into a reality. Frequency of donations is starting to slow down to a trickle, as you can see in the chart below:
In order to reach our minimum goal in time, we need to make (on average) at least $406 each day for the rest of the campaign.
But we can't do it without your help. Getting the word is out is absolutely essential to make sure we reach (and hopefully surpass) our minimum goal of $30,000 to make this movie happen. So do what you can –– post, retweet, share, like, and email your friends to tell them to support our project!:

Hey, everyone!

So if you donated to any level that includes a t-shirt in your reward package, and if you can catch our shows in Winooski, Ithaca, Toronto (shows on both Wednesday and Thursday), or Brooklyn next week (tour info here), step right up and get your rare and fantastic Sammus & the Galactic Federation tee from Sammus herself!
Today marks the end of our third week of this Indiegogo campaign. We've done a great job so far! Here are the deets:
• The Good News: We have made over $15,000, which is 50% of our minimum goal!
• The Bad News: Due to Indiegogo fees and other obligatory expenses, we haven't made $15,000 to put into the documentary. After those fees, we've made more like $13,000. (Lame.)
• Luckily, even with $13,000, we now have enough money to pay for ALL of our post-production sound work! Audio quality is what can really make or break a movie of any kind. So this is very encouraging!
• Now we just need to make enough money for all of the other necessities: Color correction, final master, gear, transportation, original music, lodging, promotional materials, and more.
In order to get everything we need, we'll have to exceed our minimum goal of $30,000. But the closer we get to that, the more enthusiasm is drummed up, and the more donations come flowing in. Once people see that this movie is actually, really, truly happening, they want to help make it happen.
